RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you find an item from our store isn’t fitting quite right, you may easily return it within 14 days of receipt. Please send the unworn item(s) in their original condition including tags, hygiene seals and boxes.
LES WAVES reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if items have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. items may not be canceled or edited once the order is placed.
HOW DO I CREATE A RETURN?
Email us at hello@leswaves.com with your order number to initiate the process.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost of returning an item for an exchange are not covered or reimbursed by LES WAVES.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your items reach our warehouse and are inspected by the returns team, you'll get a notification via email typically within 5 business days (Romania) and 10 business days (Europe/International customers). Your refund will then be processed in up to 14 days, depending on your card issuer.
